HP Roofing is looking for applicants with following attributes, but will also evaluate each applicant during their interview.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of three years’ experience in the roofing field
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and carry loads up to 80 pounds and work in varying temperatures
• Knowledge of roofing procedures, materials and tools
• A valid driver’s license and solid driving history and reliable transportation
• Ability to work within a team and meet deadlines
• Should not be afraid of heights and should be comfortable working high up off the ground
• Good personal service skills are desired.
